ARE YOU FINDING OUT WHAT YOU NEED TO
KNOW???

Before you can be
scheduled to take your real estate exam, you will need to have a
Brokerage sign as your sponsor. You will probably want to interview
with a few different companies to find the best fit for you and your
individual situation. Below are some questions that might assist
you in your interviewing process. It is so important to determine
what type of financial arrangements each company has (how you are
paid), and the type of training and support that are available to
you.

commission splits work.

►
What other costs
will I incur?
►What is the cost for
Errors and Omission Insurance and how is that charged to me?
►
Do I have the
availability, through the company, to have my own web site (not
just a generic page)?
►

from my web site without going back to the company web site?
►

contracts on-line and able to be typed on?
►

program in place?
►

available?
►
Is voice mail
available and if so, is there a charge for this?
►
Is there a graphics
and I. T. department available to me, and if so, is there a
charge?
►
Do you have a color
copier available, and if so, what is the cost per copy?
► Do I receive my own
calls on my listings? Is it a requirement that the office phone
# be on the sign, or just my own?

Is there phone duty,
and if so, am I required to take it?

continuing education?
►
What type of
training do you offer and is there a charge for this?
